This article analyzes the concept and characteristics of the constitutional right of access to justice and the impacts brought about by the application of technological tools in the justice system. Thus, the objective is to analyze the impacts of technologies on the right of access to justice and the resulting changes in its content. Initially, the content of the right of access to justice is addressed. Next, there is an analysis of the application of technological tools and artificial intelligence within the justice system. And, finally, the impacts of technological applications on access to justice are discussed, emerging a new wave of access to justice and the concept of access to digital justice. Regarding the methodology, the article uses the inductive logical basis, bibliographic research and the techniques of referent, category, operational concepts, bibliographic research and filing.
